core competency of E&S' is to help senior managers understand their internal
and external critical issues and opportunities, then to develop solutions-based
experiential and fact-based, quantitative data.
A prerequisite to every project is research and analysis to help managers
understand the critical issues and opportunities through a series of internal
interviews and external secondary or primary market/customer research. E&S'
Research Approach In
some cases, E&S will conduct the secondary market and/or customer research
through the "voice of the customer."
In other cases, we will design processes and then facilitate project
teams that complete the work. This
approach ensures managers are not just learning about the markets and customer
in theory, but rather, through hands-on application.
